We are seeking a Supply Chain Director to play a critical role in shaping and advancing supply chain performance across ROCKWOOL's North American operations. This is an opportunity to help shape and strengthen supply chain operations across North America during a period of growth, operational evolution, and continued investment in manufacturing and sustainability initiatives.

About the Role

You will lead integrated supply chain planning across ROCKWOOL’s North American manufacturing network, partnering closely with senior leaders across Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain functions. This role plays a key part in driving operational performance, supply chain transformation, and long-term business scalability within a complex, multi-site manufacturing environment. You will serve as a key connector across Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, and Procurement to drive alignment and operational excellence.

This position is based in our Milton Ontario location and reports to the North American Vice President of Supply Chain.

What you will be doing:

  • Support the evolution of integrated business operations and forecasting capabilities that position the organization for long-term growth, scalability, and operational resilience.
  • Lead and mentor the Integrated Supply Chain Planning team across North America, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Oversee demand and supply planning, and production scheduling to meet service level goals.
  • Develop and implement robust S&OP processes that enhance coordination and alignment between departments, enabling long-term strategic planning.
  • Lead transformation initiatives that modernize planning processes, improve operational visibility, and strengthen end-to-end supply chain performance.
  • Establish and refine procedures, policies, and documentation to ensure accountability and control within supply chain operations.
  • Implement and optimize forecasting, scheduling, and supply chain systems that improve operational visibility and decision-making.
  • Build strong partnerships across manufacturing and sales teams to support operational priorities and business performance.
  • Actively participate as a key member of the North American Supply Chain Leadership Team.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years' experience in supply chain management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in integrated supply chain planning within a complex, multi-site manufacturing environment.
  • Experience leading planning transformation initiatives, implementing scalable processes, and improving forecast accuracy & service performance is strongly valued.
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated success in driving long-term business improvements and efficiencies.
  • Authentic leadership with ability to foster an environment of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and employee development across the supply chain organization.
  • Able to balance short-term priorities with long-term strategic goals while driving meaningful business results.
  • Strong prioritization and communication skills, with the ability to see the big picture and navigate complex environments effectively.

The annual salary range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 Salary is determined based on location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions. This position is eligible for a bonus and car allowance.
