The Director will play a critical role in scaling supply chain capabilities to support increasing business demand, new program growth, and operational excellence.

  • This leader will be responsible for building and staffing the Supply Chain organization in alignment with program requirements, departmental budgets, and long-range growth plans.
  • A key measure of success in this role will be the ability to develop a high-performing organization while engaging early with engineering and program teams to influence product and program design decisions — including VAMPIRE and related programs — to achieve strong supply chain outcomes.
  • The successful candidate will also be expected to deliver year-over-year productivity improvements in supplier quality, cost, and lead time.

  • Partner closely with engineering, program management, operations, and business leadership to ensure early supply chain engagement in product and program development efforts.
  • Influence design and program decisions to optimize supply chain performance, affordability, producibility, and schedule outcomes.
  • Own tactical and operational supply chain plans, objectives, and performance metrics aligned to business goals.
  • Manage approximately $100M–$200M in spend, ensuring effective supplier strategy, procurement execution, subcontract management, and risk mitigation.
  • Drive year-over-year improvements in supplier quality, cost, and lead time.
