Our portfolio spans three distinct Brand Houses with a total of 12 brands:
Together, these brands represent more than 300 years of design heritage while creating the icons of tomorrow. Across categories including porcelain, crystal, glass, silver, stainless steel and fine jewellery, we craft products designed to be collected, gifted, treasured and passed on for generations.
As part of the ongoing evolution of the Vita Brand Portfolio Strategy & Business Development team, you will work closely with the Chief Strategy & Business Development Officer to drive strategic execution, portfolio governance and transformation initiatives across Vita Brands.
The role plays a central part in enabling disciplined execution of our Value Creation Initiatives (VCIs), Long-Term Plan (LTP) and Annual Business Plan (BP), ensuring alignment between strategy, performance and execution across our Brand Houses, Markets and Functions. You will partner closely with the CEO, COO, CFO, CHRO, Finance leadership, Brand House leaders and Market leadership teams to help translate strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes.
This hybrid role is based in our Flintholm office in Frederiksberg, Denmark.
