Job Description

At Fiskars Group we are unified and driven by our common purpose: pioneering design to make the everyday extraordinary. Join our team and seize the extraordinary opportunity to influence the everyday!

OUR ROLE

Vita Brands is part of Fiskars Group, and owns curated portfolio of design-led brands united by craftsmanship, material mastery, and enduring desirability.

Our portfolio spans three distinct Brand Houses with a total of 12 brands:

  • House of Danish Design Icons – Georg Jensen and Royal Copenhagen
  • House of Nordic Design Living – Iittala, Moomin Arabia, Arabia, Rörstrand and Hackman
  • House of British & Irish Design – Waterford, Wedgwood, Royal Doulton and Royal Albert

Together, these brands represent more than 300 years of design heritage while creating the icons of tomorrow. Across categories including porcelain, crystal, glass, silver, stainless steel and fine jewellery, we craft products designed to be collected, gifted, treasured and passed on for generations.

As part of the ongoing evolution of the Vita Brand Portfolio Strategy & Business Development team, you will work closely with the Chief Strategy & Business Development Officer to drive strategic execution, portfolio governance and transformation initiatives across Vita Brands.

The role plays a central part in enabling disciplined execution of our Value Creation Initiatives (VCIs), Long-Term Plan (LTP) and Annual Business Plan (BP), ensuring alignment between strategy, performance and execution across our Brand Houses, Markets and Functions. You will partner closely with the CEO, COO, CFO, CHRO, Finance leadership, Brand House leaders and Market leadership teams to help translate strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes.

This hybrid role is based in our Flintholm office in Frederiksberg, Denmark.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Business Partnership & Strategic Execution

  • Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders across Brand Houses, Markets and Functions, helping translate strategic priorities into clear actions, accountability and measurable outcomes
  • Build strong relationships across the organization to drive alignment, challenge assumptions and support decision-making
  • Coordinate cross-functional strategic and transformation initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration across stakeholders and workstreams
  • Support leaders in identifying risks, opportunities and trade-offs, balancing strategic ambition with operational realities
  • Drive follow-up on key priorities and commitments, helping ensure execution remains on track and aligned to business objectives

Strategic Governance & Performance

  • Lead governance and performance management of the Value Creation Initiative (VCI) portfolio, ensuring transparency, accountability and structured follow-up
  • Support the development, coordination and execution of the Long-Term Plan (LTP) and Annual Business Plan (BP) processes in partnership with Finance and business leaders
  • Develop and maintain executive-level performance dashboards, KPI frameworks and reporting tools across brands, markets and functions
  • Monitor strategic initiatives and business performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities that require leadership attention

Executive Support

  • Prepare decision-making materials and governance content for the Board, Vita Leadership Team (VLT), Global Leadership Team (GLT) and other executive forums
  • Support strategic analyses, business cases and portfolio reviews that inform key business decisions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of strategy, planning and governance processes across Vita Brands

WHO YOU ARE

You are a commercially minded business professional who combines strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities. You are comfortable operating across functions, building relationships with senior stakeholders and helping leaders translate strategy into action.

You may have started your career in consulting, strategy or transformation, but have complemented this with operational leadership or business-facing experience. You enjoy working across a broad range of topics and are motivated by understanding how all parts of a business come together to drive performance.

Experience & Capabilities

  • Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, transformation, business operations or performance management
  • Experience working closely with senior business leaders as a trusted advisor, partner or chief-of-staff type role
  • Operational leadership experience is highly valued, including responsibility for teams, projects, business units or functional performance
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility across different functions, cultures and levels of the organization
  • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and navigating complex matrix organizations
  • Strong understanding of business performance management, including revenue growth, profitability, working capital and productivity initiatives
  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent English required; additional languages are considered an advantage

What Sets You Apart

  • Able to build trust and relationships quickly across a diverse stakeholder landscape
  • Naturally collaborative and comfortable working through influence rather than formal authority
  • Curious about how businesses operate end-to-end and eager to broaden your perspective across functions and markets
  • Pragmatic and execution-oriented, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational detail
  • Confident engaging with senior leaders while remaining hands-on when needed
