Your mission

• Drive and implement key strategic projects with high business impact.
• Analyze markets and identify emerging trends.
• Build out your own business vertical and team.
• Shape and scale our business model with fresh ideas and clear execution.
• Build, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships end-to-end.
• Work closely with our BI team to define KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure progress.
• Collaborate directly with our founders and leadership team on high-level initiatives.

Your profile

• Degree from a top university or equivalent proven track record.
• Several years of experience in consulting, banking, or high-growth startups.
• A hands-on problem solver with a relentless drive to get things done.
• Fast learner who thrives in dynamic environments and embraces iteration.
• Strong team player who can also work independently.
• Fluent German speaker with excellent communication skills.
