This position will report to our West Chester office once a week on Thursdays. Budgeted salary is $125,000-$130,000 annually.
The Director of Strategy and Advertising leads the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing and advertising strategies to elevate the Company’s brand presence and achieve key business objectives. This role oversees social media and creative teams, driving brand awareness, audience engagement, and revenue growth across multiple channels. Leveraging data analytics, the Director monitors campaign performance and makes informed decisions to optimize strategies for maximum return on investment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time, exempt hybrid position located in the Company’s West Chester office; the incumbent is expected to be present and accessible for at least 40 hours per week, subject to approved leave time, travel and other absences as described in the Employee Handbook or as otherwise agreed by the Company. The Company’s standard hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:15 am to 5:00 pm.
