We are looking for a Director, Strategic Programs to own new product introduction (NPI) and strategic cross-functional projects across our portfolio. Reporting to the VP Strategy & Operations, you will build and run the gate process that takes products from concept to launch, and act as the single point of ownership for program tracking, decision-making and executive reporting.
Strategic program management is about turning ambiguous, high-stakes initiatives into structured execution — aligning stakeholders across the business, managing risk, and holding every workstream accountable to a date. It sits at the intersection of strategy and delivery.
This is a hands-on role, as much about relationships as process. You will work closely with stakeholders and partners, staying close to the detail — following up with owners, helping clear blockers, and keeping programs moving toward a committed date.
