You will serve as a trusted advisor to the Deputy City Manager, a champion for organizational transformation, and a builder of high performing teams. Your success will be felt not only within Development & Growth Services, but across the entire enterprise, where your leadership propels major initiatives, strengthens performance culture, and brings coherence to complex, city wide strategies.
