This position is responsible for leading and coordinating high-priority initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, supporting divisional planning efforts, and ensuring alignment across Advancement Engagement's diverse portfolio of programs and services.The Director works closely with the AVP and leadership team to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, monitor progress toward goals, facilitate collaboration across teams, and support the successful execution of complex initiatives. Serving as a central point of coordination within the division, the Director helps manage competing priorities, identify opportunities for greater efficiency, and foster stronger integration across engagement, philanthropy, communications, stewardship, volunteer engagement, and events.This role partners extensively with colleagues throughout Institutional Advancement to advance divisional goals, strengthen constituent experiences, and support a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.Performs other duties as assigned.Job Details
