The Director, Strategic Finance provides support to the C-Suite Support through advanced financial analysis and strategic insight to support executive decision-making across RideNow’s dealership network.
The role operates within the Financial Planning & Analysis function while partnering closely with Sr. Leadership to translate financial and operational data into actionable insights. The position supports strategic initiatives, mergers and acquisitions analysis, retail performance monitoring, and executive reporting.
While reporting to the Vice President of FP&A, the role maintains direct access to the C-Suite and supports Sr. Leadership across finance, operations, and business development to ensure strategic priorities are supported by strong financial analysis and disciplined execution.
This position combines financial modeling, operational performance analysis, and cross-functional project support to help leadership evaluate opportunities, manage performance, and drive organizational growth.
This role offers direct exposure to C-Suite and Sr. Leadership and provides a unique opportunity to influence strategic decision-making across finance, operations, and business development initiatives.
Mergers & Acquisitions Financial Modeling and Analysis
Provide financial modeling and analytical support for RideNow’s acquisition strategy and expansion initiatives.
Dealership Performance Analysis & Operational Support
Support C-Suite and Sr. Leadership in diagnosing operational performance challenges across RideNow’s dealership network.
Strategic Projects & Special Initiatives
Provide analytical and project support for high-priority initiatives led by C-Suite.
