Job Description

  • Collaborate with the global vertical team to develop and execute global strategic account plans for assigned Hi-Tech / Cloud customers
  • Drive revenue growth, wallet expansion, and cross-selling across regions and products
  • Lead complex global RFQ / RFP / tender strategies for hyperscale and technology clients
  • Build and maintain executive (C-suite) relationships within client organisations
  • Identify supply chain transformation and digital logistics opportunities for clients
  • Partner with Vertical, Product, and Regional teams to deliver valued integrated solutions
  • Lead executive business reviews (EBRs) and strategic planning sessions
  • Monitor account profitability, pipeline, and growth performance
  • Act as a senior escalation point for strategic clients
  • Provide market intelligence on Hi-Tech / Cloud industry trends
  • Support new logo pursuits within the sector where required
  • Mentor and guide regional account teams
