The Director, Account Technology Strategist (ATS) is responsible for defining, owning, and executing the end‑to‑end technology strategy for one of Microsoft’s largest global insurance customers and its biggest Business Unit in the United States, headquartered in Los AngelesThis role operates at the intersection of business strategy, advanced technology, and executive engagement, serving as Microsoft’s primary technical advisor to C‑level executives (CIO, CTO, CDO, CISO, Innovation Leadership). The ATS aligns the customer’s business priorities with Microsoft’s AI, Copilot, Security, Cloud, and Data capabilities and drives long‑term transformation at enterprise scale.The ATS is a core member of the Account Team Unit (ATU) and partners tightly with the Global Account Executive to influence strategy, shape pipeline, and orchestrate Microsoft and partner teams across the full customer lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifcations
Strategic Account Technology IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
