ABOUT OUR TEAM
Converse is a place where you can be at work AND be yourself. It’s a place to be creative, come up with big ideas and partner with a welcoming, diverse team to move the brand forward.
They’ll sit at the center of Converse Sportswear, leading a global merchandising team while partnering closely with Design, Product Creation, Planning, Finance, and Analytics. This role reports to the Senior Director of Merchandising for Converse and partners with Energy, Basketball, Skate, X‑Sports, and Marketplace merchandising teams worldwide.
We’re looking for a global merchandising leader with a sharp consumer instinct and a strong product point of view. This person knows how to turn insight into action—building line plans and assortments that feel right, sell through, and scale globally. They bring clarity to complexity, lead with confidence, and influence across a global matrix without losing speed or craft.
You understand sportswear culture and the competitive landscape, and you know how to balance creativity with commercial rigor. You’re equally comfortable shaping long‑range strategy and driving seasonal execution. You lead teams with intention, challenge thinking when it matters, and elevate the work through strong storytelling, analytics, and decision-making.
You’ll set the global merchandising vision for Converse Sportswear—defining line plans, shaping assortments, and ensuring every product choice ladders back to the consumer and the brand. You’ll lead teams, guide cross‑functional partners, and turn insight into product stories that resonate globally.
