Based in Irvine, CA, you’ll join a high-impact medtech innovation hub in the heart of Orange County; collaborating in-person with cross-functional leaders to shape patient focused technology. We are building innovative solutions that transform patient care and create a meaningful, collaborative environment for our teams.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Drive delivery execution and predictability:
Own sprint planning, execution, and delivery across software and data teams
Ensure clear commitments, predictable outcomes, and rapid issue resolution
Lead end-to-end test strategy and quality:
Define and operate test strategies across unit, integration, system, and regression testing
Ensure strong automation, test coverage, release readiness, and audit-ready evidence
Own release management and production readiness:
Lead release orchestration, environment promotion, and go-live readiness
Establish gating criteria, risk assessments, and post-release monitoring practices
Shape scalable software and data delivery systems:
Establish and continuously improve end-to-end product development processes
Enable consistent, compliant, and efficient delivery from intake through release
Align cross-functional execution to business priorities:
Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, R&D, Marketing, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and PMO teams
Manage dependencies, sequencing, and delivery trade-offs across initiatives
Drive metrics and continuous improvement:
Define and monitor key delivery metrics, including predictability, lead time, defect escape, and test effectiveness
Use data to improve execution performance and delivery outcomes
Support regulatory and audit readiness:
Provide delivery and test artifacts to support audits and inspections
Partner closely with Quality and Regulatory teams to maintain compliant delivery practices
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria
Experience leading Agile delivery execution across software, data, or technology teams
Experience with regulated product development, software delivery, platforms, or data systems
Relocation is not provided for this role. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Irvine, California will be considered.
What Else We Look For:
12+ years of hands-on experience managing large to mid-size projects and/or programs of increasing complexity
Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM), PMI-PMP, or similar certification
Proven ownership of end-to-end software and data delivery across multi-team environments
Strong track record of predictable delivery through Agile execution
Expertise in software test strategy, automation, CI/CD, DevSecOps, SSDLC practices, and release readiness
Experience building scalable delivery processes and driving organizational change
Strong partnership with Product Management on prioritization and trade-offs
Ability to influence engineering, data, business, and executive stakeholders in a matrixed environment
Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Strict attention to detail while maintaining focus on delivery outcomes and strategic objectives
Ability to lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partners, to drive alignment and decisions

For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $159,000 to $226,000 (highly experienced).
