As Director, Social Creative & Content Strategy, you'll set the direction for social-first campaigns across the LEGO Group’s global social ecosystem, translating audience insights, brand priorities and cultural moments into content strategies with purpose. Together with creative partners, product teams and channel specialists, you'll help build, rebuild and inspire the next generation of social storytelling.
Play your part in our team succeeding
Global social media is a key part of the LEGO Group's audience ecosystem, delivering earned activations and campaign support that help us connect with audiences wherever they spend their time. Working within our DCE (Digital Consumer Engagement), the Global Social Media team works across Brand, Product Groups, Markets, Creative, Media and Analytics to build, rebuild and inspire social experiences that are audience-led, culturally relevant and designed for the behaviours of each platform. Together with creative partners, including our internal agency OLA, you'll help define how priority campaigns and content moments come to life across the social landscape.
Core Responsibilities
Develop content strategies that connect audience insight, creative opportunity and business priorities across campaigns and cultural moments.
Partner with our internal creative agency OLA and creative teams to shape platform-native ideas that resonate with the right audiences.
Define channel roles, content ecosystems and activation approaches across global social platforms.
Guide social strategists through clear briefs, feedback and recommendations that strengthen creative thinking.
Use performance insights and audience signals to refine content approaches and future planning.
Do you have what it takes?
Experience turning audience, brand and business needs into clear content strategies.
Experience bringing live activations and cultural moments to life across social media.
Comfortable uncovering insights that unlock fresh storytelling opportunities across social platforms.
Experience leading teams and helping colleagues elevate creative quality and strategic thinking.
Able to balance long-term planning with real-time content opportunities and changing priorities.
Experience working both agency-side and in-house across global brands is beneficial.
