Job Description

The Core Services Product Director will be responsible for managing a team of 6 Product managers representing Contracts, OnDemand, Service Parts, Multi-vendor, Relocation, and Enterprise Services, reporting to the Associate Vice President, Services Marketing. We are a global team, that aims to deliver above market growth and best-in-class customer experience across Services for all of Agilent’s technology platforms.

This role will require you to effectively lead, build strategies, and execute specific initiatives with new and experienced Product managers to achieve our short and long term objectives. You will have great opportunity to drive innovation, develop new products, and we need an enthusiastic and proven Product Management leader with a customer 1st mindset.

Responsibilities include:

• The development and execution Strategic and Operational plans across your product portfolios

• Removing barriers for your team to ensure efficient and successful launch of New Product Introductions

• Maintain product roadmap integrity, timelines, and commitments to business results

• Collaborating with key stakeholders to identify and recognize growth opportunities
• Ensuring Market needs and trends are captured into the Services Division Strategic planning process

• Partner with Services Center of Excellence to expand team knowledge with practices in VoC, Product Marketing, Strategic Pricing, and Strategy.

• Partner across the Services Product Management team to ensure alignment in value propositions, messaging, and promotions to maximize our connection with customers

Qualifications

• Previous Product management experience (5+ years) with demonstrated success in launching new products

• Experience with product development processes and tools, including Business case development, Chasm methodology, Product Lifecycle, Commercialization and Ramp-to-Volume

• Experience in working with customers around the globe and advocate for customer focused development

• Ability to work independently to plan, prioritize workload, schedule time, assess and solve problems

• A minimum of 5+ years experience formally leading a team

• Familiar with life science hardware, analytical chemistry hardware and software preferred
• Ability to travel up to 10%

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent plus directly relevant experience.

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least April 10, 2026 or until the job is no longer posted.The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $163,600.00 - $306,750.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
