As Vestas continues its transformation from turbine manufacturer to lifecycle energy partner, our Service business is playing an increasingly important role in our customers’ success, profitability, and the energy transition. We are looking for a commercially driven leader to accelerate growth across Poland & the Baltics by deepening customer partnerships, expanding our aftermarket business, and bringing new service solutions to market. You will be part of the NCE Service Sales Onshore team where we handle strategic customer relationships throughout the region. We are a major driver of Vestas' service growth strategy.
In this role, you will join the Service Commercial leadership team and lead a high-performing team focused on profitable growth, customer value, and long-term partnerships in a rapidly evolving market.
