As Director, Senior Finance Business Partner – Manufacturing, you will be a trusted advisor to the senior management team responsible for our Industry manufacturing business and a critical contributor to the delivery of Danish Crown's operational and strategic ambitions. This is much more than a traditional finance role. You will sit at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategy, helping to steer decisions that drive productivity, profitability, investment priorities, and long-term value creation across our manufacturing footprint.
You will translate strategic objectives into financial insights and actionable plans, providing the leadership team with the analysis, challenge, and recommendations needed to navigate a dynamic business environment. From major investment decisions and transformation initiatives to performance optimization and cost competitiveness, you will help ensure that resources are allocated effectively and that business decisions create sustainable value.
As part of an ongoing transformation of both our manufacturing and finance organizations, you will have a unique opportunity to influence how we work, drive continuous improvement, and strengthen commercial and operational decision-making through world-class business partnering. Success in this role requires the ability to combine strong financial acumen with strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, and a deep curiosity for understanding the operational drivers behind performance.

Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for an experienced senior finance business partner with a proven record of performing high impact strategic business partnering by utilizing strong financial capabilities.
You most likely bring:
Fluency in English (writing and oral) and Danish (working proficiency).
Most importantly, you are comfortable in a transformation environment where roles and processes are still being shaped.
