Your role

Capgemini Invent SweDFi (Sweden, Denmark, Finland) is seeking an experienced professional to join our Energy Transition & Utilities industry team in Stockholm. This role is suited for a professional with long-standing experience in the Energy & Utility sector, who combines a strategic perspective, commercial drive and credibility at executive level. This is a unique opportunity to own, lead and grow a large strategic client relationship within the Energy & Utilities sector, acting as their trusted advisor and driving tailored transformation initiatives. You will be accountable for understanding the client’s specific needs, shaping solutions that leverage Capgemini Group’s global capabilities, and expanding our partnership to deliver measurable business impact.

Your responsibilities will include

• Own & grow a strategic client relationship: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives for this dedicated account within Energy & Utility, challenging and guiding their strategic direction. Develop a deep understanding of client’s priorities and leverage Capgemini’s global capabilities to shape relevant, value-driving solutions.
• Drive Commercial Growth: Lead business development initiatives within this account, from identifying new opportunities to shaping proposals and closing strategic deals. Expand and grow this key account, building long-term partnerships centered on measurable business outcomes.
• Shape Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver transformation initiatives aligned with the client’s objectives.
• Champion Innovation: Bring insights on industry trends, regulatory changes, and digital technologies to help the client navigate the energy transition and sustainability challenges.

Your profile

You are a seasoned professional with a strong track record in the Energy & Utilities sector, ideally in consulting, transformation leadership, or executive roles. You bring:

• Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated track record of business development, long-term client engagement, ownership and account growth, supported by an active senior-level network within the Energy & Utilities sector.
• Deep understanding of the Utilities sector dynamics, industry trends, regulatory frameworks, and digital technologies shaping the energy landscape.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• A strong academic foundation, ideally at Master’s level within business/economics, engineering, or a related field.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Need to know

Location: In line with our trust-based culture, Capgemini Invent offers a hybrid working model, and for this role you will be based in our attractively located Stockholm office, ready to travel to our clients’ sites when needed.

The role and title will depend on you background and experience.
