Title and Summary

Director - Segment Sales Enablement - Enterprise & Credit Risk
The Advanced Analytics group within Business & Market Insights drives Enterprise & Credit Risk solutions that are globally scalable and provide value to the various parts of the credit lifecycle value chain.
Developing relevant solutions that solve our customer’s Enterprise & Credit Risk problems while leveraging Mastercard assets is a key differentiator to grow revenue for our retail and commercial clients. The Director, Segment Sales Enablement will serve as the commercial bridge between the Enterprise & Credit Risk product organization and Mastercard's regional sales teams. This leader will develop and execute segment-specific go-to-market strategies, enable sales teams to effectively position and sell ECR solutions, engage directly with strategic customers.
The role requires an individual who combines strategic thinking with hands-on commercial execution, working across product, sales, account management, marketing, legal, customer success, and regional leadership teams to accelerate revenue growth and expand adoption of Enterprise & Credit Risk solutions.

Role:
Collaborate and partner closely with the Consumer and Small Business Credit Analytics product teams to define and execute segment-specific growth strategies
Drive prioritization of target customer segments, use cases, and revenue growth opportunities.
Develop and execute comprehensive sales enablement programs across Mastercard's regional sales organizations.
Create and maintain customer-facing narratives, value propositions, sales playbooks, battle cards, competitive positioning, and training materials.
Partner with regional sales leaders to improve seller readiness, product knowledge, and commercial effectiveness.
Serve as a commercial subject matter expert in strategic customer engagements.
Participate in executive-level customer meetings, workshops, and solution discussions.
Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to influence product roadmap and commercialization priorities.
Partner with Regional Account Managers, Services Business Leads, and Sales Leaders to identify and execute growth opportunities across key accounts.
Support opportunity qualification, business case development, pricing discussions, and deal strategy.
Drive cross-sell and upsell motions across the Enterprise & Credit Risk portfolio.
Monitor pipeline, revenue performance, and sales effectiveness metrics tied to priority segments.

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Technology, or related field.
10+ years of experience in product marketing, consulting, business development, or enterprise sales.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a highly matrixed global organization.
Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated success developing GTM strategies and driving revenue growth.
Experience working directly with enterprise customers and senior executives.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct authority.
Strong commercial negotiation and relationship management capabilities.
Preferred
Experience in credit risk, lending, payments, analytics, data products, fraud, decisioning, or financial services.
Knowledge of Mastercard products, channels, and sales organization structures.
Experience supporting regional sales teams across multiple geographies.
