We are looking for an experienced and inspiring sales leader to lead our Southeast Asia & Pacific business. This role will be responsible for driving growth across key markets, strengthening customer and partner relationships, developing high-performing teams, and executing strategies that expand Shure's leadership position across Collaboration & Conferencing, Content Creation, Education, Enterprise, Broadcast, and Professional Audio markets.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset, proven leadership experience, and a passion for building winning teams and businesses.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Drive Business Growth

• Lead the overall sales strategy and execution across Southeast Asia and Pacific markets.
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and growth segments to accelerate revenue and market share.
• Develop and execute country and channel growth plans aligned with regional business objectives.
• Champion the successful launch and adoption of new products and solutions across the region.
• Deliver sustainable and profitable growth while strengthening Shure's competitive position.

Lead and Develop Teams

• Inspire, coach, and develop a diverse team of sales professionals across multiple countries.
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
• Set clear performance expectations and empower teams to deliver exceptional results.
• Develop future leaders and create an environment where people can thrive and grow.

Build Strategic Customer & Partner Relationships

• Cultivate executive-level relationships with customers, distributors, consultants, integrators, and key industry stakeholders.
• Drive customer engagement strategies that increase loyalty, preference, and long-term business success.
• Partner closely with channel partners to identify opportunities, expand market reach, and accelerate business growth.
• Represent Shure as a trusted industry leader across the region.

Deliver Operational Excellence

• Lead accurate forecasting, business planning, and performance management processes.
• Use market intelligence and business insights to drive informed decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Market Development, Applications Engineering, Customer Experience, Operations, and Global Sales teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Maintain strong business discipline to deliver predictable and sustainable results.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

• 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
• Proven success leading multi-country businesses within Southeast Asia and Pacific markets.
• Strong experience working with distributors, channel partners, consultants, and end users.
• Demonstrated ability to develop sales strategies and translate them into measurable business results.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within Pro Audio, Enterprise AV, Unified Communications, Collaboration Technology, Broadcast, or related industries is preferred.
