Lead fleet presentation, cleaning, and shunting operations for Sydney Trains – driving customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and service innovation across the rollingstock fleet.
In this role, you'll:
Provide strategic direction and leadership to fleet presentation functions and teams optimizing operational and people performance of cleaning, presentation, and shunting. Improve presentation and cleaning performance through staff performance, commercial cleaning inputs, and systems solutions with focus on innovation and change strategies.
Lead presentation, cleaning, and shunting functions ensuring customer satisfaction and KPIs are met. Manage enterprise fleet shunting function enabling fleet positioning that facilitates service delivery and maintenance. Drive accountability ensuring outcomes meet Rail Services Contract specifications and TfNSW Train Station Presentation Standards.
Lead and empower teams to deliver business outcomes, enhancing organizational and individual performance and capability. Provide strong leadership and coaching maintaining high standards of staff behaviour and performance. Manage finance functions providing timely, accurate reporting and advice.
