We are looking for a dynamic Director to lead Process Innovation at our iconic integrated resort group, renowned for excellence and innovation. This key role will drive initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency worldwide. We welcome global candidates and provide relocation support for the ideal fit.
Responsibilities
Master the Groups global operations to become a process expert.
Apply Lean Six Sigma techniques to identify and implement process improvements across locations.
Use data and statistical analysis to prioritize projects and measure the impact of innovations.
Deploy cutting-edge tools and technologies to advance operational excellence.
Conduct time-and-motion studies to optimize workflows.
Develop, monitor, and report key operational performance metrics.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation organization-wide.
Travel internationally up to 25% of the time to collaborate with global teams and partners.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 7 years in process engineering with strong strategic and analytical skills.
Solid foundation in Lean Six Sigma or related quality methodologies.
Proficient in database management, data visualization, and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Minitab, R, MySQL).
Experience leading or participating in Kaizen initiatives and mapping workflows.
Ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Deep curiosity for system analysis, root-cause problem-solving, and innovation.
Self-motivated, independently manages multiple projects amid ambiguity.
Proven innovation capabilities with measurable impact using KPIs/statistics.
Exceptional technical, analytical, and detail-oriented problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills for clear engagement with business, technical, and operational teams.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate and influence effectively.
Qualifications
Masters or PhD in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering.
10+ years of process engineering experience.
5+ years in hotel operations or related hospitality experience.
Expertise in advanced data visualization and analysis tools (Tableau, Minitab, R, MySQL).
