Salary: $175,600 – $258,100/year

Job Summary

Seeking a Director to lead **Clinical Risk Management, Patient Safety, Quality, and Infection Prevention** programs within an acute care hospital.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead clinical risk and patient safety programs.
• Conduct/oversee **RCA, FMEA, and clinical chart reviews**.
• Oversee Infection Prevention and architectural infection-control activities.
• Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze patient safety, quality, and population health data.
• Partner with hospital leadership and clinical teams.

Must-Haves

• Recent **acute care hospital risk management** experience.
• **CPHRM certification**.
• **RN license** preferred/required.
• Experience with **RCA, FMEA, and patient safety**.
• Infection Prevention program experience.
• Architectural infection control experience.
• Healthcare cybersecurity risk experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
