SALARY: $157,440-$186,960, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

The Director of Revenue Management, Price Architecture plays an integral role within our Retail and Field Sales department by being the point of contact for Revenue related requests on the Brand & Pack Price Architecture across our portfolio. This position will collaboratively build our Annual Revenue Strategy and cascade this information out to the regional teams to implement in the market place. This position will track against the strategies we are setting forth to ensure they are delivering Topline Growth in line with our budget and adjusting the strategy as appropriate to adapt to the new macroeconomic factors. The Director of Revenue Management, Price Architecture will work closely with Regional Revenue teams and Channel Revenue teams to ensure the strategies are easy to comprehend and actionable for the field. It is a highly visible position, working closely with senior leaders of the organization and various cross-functional work groups on a National Level.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create clear Relative Brand & Pack Price Architecture Guidelines for our total Portfolio
Identify price index strategies and internal and external benchmarking of pricing recommendations
Deliver a Price Increase plan in line with our Revenue Strategy for Topline Growth
Collaborate with Technology and solutions teams to enhance our current processes and provide better tools for users to plan their business
Identify and cascade best practices between regions that enable our strategy
Conduct training as required with region teams and management on utilization of tools to monitor performance on key initiatives
Work Cross Functionally across Commercial Intelligence, Regional RMSI teams, Channel Teams, and Regional Sales Team
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree with a preference to Economics, Business, or Finance highly preferred
Ability to create a storyline that motivates others
Ability to work in an environment of tight deadlines, and to consistently challenge and be
challenged on performance results
Ability to connect disparate commercial performance targets and understand their potential
interaction
Very high level of attention to detail
Strong presentation skills
Strong Excel and PowerPoint Skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in syndicated data and/or previous experience in Commercial organization in CPG company is a plus
Beer industry experience
