
A member of the Market Strategy leadership team, reporting to the VP, Market Strategy, the Director, RGM & Market Strategy is responsible for driving profitable, sustainable growth through the strategic management of pricing, promotions, mix, and customer/channel strategies. This role combines advanced analytics, commercial strategy, and cross-functional leadership to identify growth opportunities and translate insights into actionable plans that improve revenue, margin, and market performance.
As a key member of the leadership team, the Director will establish the RGM strategy and capabilities across the organization, bringing greater discipline and fact-based decision-making to pricing, promotional effectiveness, assortment, and trade investment. This role will also be a key contributor to Arterra’s channel, portfolio and innovation strategies, as well as working with our agency teams (internal and external) to drive strong commercial strategy for our partners. Finally, this role will lead Sales Enablement for the commercial organization, mapping the set of tools, processes, data, and capabilities that help sales teams spend more time selling and execute more effectively in the market. This position is based out of our Mississauga head office (hybrid work model / 3 days in office) and reports to the Vice-President of Marketing Strategy.

COMPENSATION Budgeted Range – $126,111 - $173,403. The budgeted range takes into account several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements. Base pay is only one component of the total rewards offering at Arterra.
