As Director, RGM – Capabilities, Analytics & Insights, you will play a pivotal role in transforming how we make commercial decisions by building world-class capabilities, advanced analytics, and consumer-centric insights that unlock growth across our portfolio
This leader will help shape the future of RGM at BBU by developing innovative tools, scalable processes, and actionable insights that enable smarter decisions across pricing, promotion, assortment, trade investment, and portfolio strategy.
You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category Management, Digital, and the broader RGM team to identify high-impact growth opportunities, quantify value creation, and translate insights into action. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker, builder, and change agent who is passionate about combining data, technology, and consumer understanding to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
Build Best-in-Class RGM Capabilities:
- Design and implement scalable RGM capabilities, frameworks, and ways of working that elevate commercial decision-making.
- Lead capability-building initiatives that strengthen RGM knowledge and adoption across the organization.
- Champion a culture of data-driven decision making throughout BBU.
- Advance Analytics & Revenue Optimization:
- Lead advanced analytics and modeling efforts, including price elasticity, demand forecasting, promotion effectiveness, mix optimization, segmentation, and value creation analyses.
- Develop actionable recommendations that fuel profitable growth and improve commercial performance.
- Translate complex analytics into simple, compelling business narratives that influence strategic decisions.
Accelerate Digital Tools & Innovation:
- Own the RGM analytics and technology roadmap, ensuring tools and platforms enable efficient, scalable decision making.
- Identify and deploy emerging technologies, external best practices, and innovative methodologies that enhance commercial effectiveness.
- Partner with Digital and IT teams to evolve BBU's RGM ecosystem and capabilities.
Lead Shopper, Consumer & Market Insights:
- Develop a deep understanding of shopper, consumer, customer, and market dynamics to uncover untapped growth opportunities.
- Integrate behavioral insights and marketplace trends into RGM strategies and recommendations.
- Leverage insights to identify breakthrough opportunities beyond traditional revenue management approaches.
- Drive Strategic Growth Initiatives:
- Partner with the RGM Strategy team to evaluate opportunities, assess feasibility, quantify value creation, and prioritize investment decisions.
- Identify transformational growth opportunities through analytics, consumer understanding, and external benchmarking.
- Support enterprise-wide initiatives that accelerate net revenue growth and margin expansion.
Build High-Performing Teams:
- Recruit, develop, and inspire a team of analytics, insights, and RGM professionals.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Coach talent and create development opportunities that build future leaders.

Education and Work History:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Analytics, Consumer Insights, Strategy, Category Management, or related fields.
- Demonstrated success leading analytics-driven business transformation and growth initiatives.
- Deep expertise in pricing, promotion, assortment, segmentation, consumer/shopper insights, and advanced analytics.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect insights to commercial strategy and financial outcomes.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear business recommendations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management capabilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
