The Director, Retail Education & Selling Enablement leads the strategy, design, and execution of retail learning, onboarding, selling, and service enablement programs across Signet Jewelers’ portfolio of brands. Reporting to the Vice President of Learning & Organization Effectiveness, this role is responsible for building scalable learning frameworks that strengthen associate and leader capability while balancing enterprise consistency with differentiated brand experiences aligned to each banner’s identity and customer experience strategy.

This role oversees the team responsible for retail onboarding and selling and service enablement across Signet’s retail brands. The Director partners closely with the Director of Learning & Development, brand leadership, field operations, HR, and cross functional partners to create learning strategies that elevate performance, reinforce operational excellence, and support business goals across the retail environment.

The Director brings together deep retail expertise, strategic learning leadership, consulting capability, operational rigor, and strong facilitation skills to deliver learning experiences that are impactful, sustainable, and scalable while supporting the evolving needs of Signet’s brands and customers.

Retail Learning Strategy & Brand Differentiation

  • Lead the enterprise strategy for retail learning, onboarding, selling, and service enablement across Signet Jewelers’ portfolio of brands

  • Build brand differentiated learning experiences that reflect the unique identity, customer, and service expectations of each brand while also building scalable and sustainable enterprise retail learning experiences

  • Identify capability gaps, performance opportunities, and customer experience needs across the retail environment to develop practical, field ready learning solutions that strengthen team member and leader performance across brands

Selling, Service & Leadership Enablement

  • Support the development and evolution of service and selling models that create consistently excellent yet differentiated customer experiences aligned to the unique identity and service expectations of each brand

  • Oversee the design and implementation of learning experiences that strengthen selling capability, customer engagement, operational excellence, and the behaviors required to deliver exceptional customer experiences across the retail environment

  • Partner closely with the Director of Learning & Development to support the customization and implementation of leadership development experiences that address the unique needs of retail leaders and brands

  • Facilitate high impact onboarding, selling, service, and leadership experiences that model excellence in delivery, strengthen learner engagement, and drive measurable behavior change in the field

Cross Functional Partnership & Operational Excellence

  • Partner with brand leadership, field operations, HR, communications, and cross-functional teams to align learning initiatives with business priorities

  • Collaborate with enterprise learning and organization effectiveness partners to ensure alignment between retail learning strategies and enterprise development frameworks

  • Manage vendors, budgets, learning technologies, and resources to ensure efficient execution, scalability, and operational effectiveness

  • Establish success metrics and measurement strategies to evaluate program impact, learner adoption, and business outcomes

  • Continuously leverage feedback, field insights, and performance data to improve learning experiences and evolve enablement strategies over time

People Leadership

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of retail learning professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement

  • Provide coaching, direction, and feedback to strengthen facilitation capability, consulting skills, instructional quality, and business partnership effectiveness across the team

  • Foster a culture of curiosity, adaptability, inclusion, and customer centricity within the learning organization Top of Form

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in retail learning, selling and service enablement, and leadership development within a multi-brand, high-performance retail environment

  • Proven success developing scalable learning and enablement strategies that strengthen selling capability, elevate customer experience, and drive business performance across multiple banners

  • Strong understanding of retail operations and experience developing service and selling frameworks, onboarding experiences, and customer experience learning solutions within a complex retail environment

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high performing teams while influencing leaders and stakeholders across field, corporate, and matrixed environments

  • Strong facilitation, consulting, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to use business insights and data to inform learning strategies and drive measurable impact

  • Experience managing vendors, budgets, learning technologies, and enterprise initiatives with a focus on scalability and operational excellence

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid work schedule, local to Dallas, TX (3 days in office/week).
