The Director of Reporting and Analytics oversees internal and external reporting, analytics, and data visualization within the Research, Assessment, Data Analytics and Reporting (RADAR) office, supervising the Assistant Director of Reporting and data analysts and facilitating weekly data team meetings. The Director is responsible for maintaining and expanding college-wide reporting dashboards, creating data visualizations, coordinating data compilation for accreditation processes, developing and implementing data quality assurance processes, managing a calendar of scheduled reports, prioritizing and assigning ad hoc requests for data and reports, communicating data to the college community, and ensuring that data and report repositories are kept up to date.
The Director is also responsible for developing and implementing an annual plan for report and dashboard development and data-related professional development for college employees, finding and recommending new uses for existing data, building predictive models, and developing and maintaining key performance indicators for the strategic plan and other significant institutional initiatives. A successful Director will be ready to help the team navigate new systems, support the implementation of a data warehouse, and lead the development of new reports and dashboards. The Director serves as the institution's IPEDS keyholder and as a member of the research team within RADAR.

SALARY RANGE $73,695 - $87,000 (commensurate with experience)
WORK ARRANGEMENT
This is a hybrid position. The successful candidate is expected to work on the Newtown Campus a minimum of three (3) days per week, with remote work available in accordance with College policy and departmental needs.
