Job Title: Director – Regulatory & Risk TDI Project Manager

Location: Pune, India

TDI Private Bank (TDI PB) is responsible for the technology that enables the Private Bank businesses (PB Germany and International Private Bank). TDI PB teams build, enhance and operate applications and platforms that are critical to business growth, operational efficiency, service quality, and regulatory compliance.

As part of TDI PB India, this role leads complex Regulatory & Risk transformation initiatives, ensuring compliant execution of global regulatory and risk change programs while enabling sustainable business outcomes for the Private Bank.

The role demands senior leadership, sound judgement, delivery ownership, and the ability to operate effectively in high-risk, ambiguous regulatory environments.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead coordination and implementation of regulatory and risk-related changes across the Private Bank.
• Deliver Regulatory & Risk change initiatives in a compliant, effective and efficient manner, protecting the Bank and maintaining client and shareholder confidence.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into pragmatic, implementable, and client-centric solutions.
• Oversee multiple regulatory change programs and ensure timely compliance across all impacted PB locations.
• Own the end-to-end change lifecycle ensuring safe embedding into run-the-bank processes.
• Act as a trusted senior partner to Business, Risk, Compliance, and Technology stakeholders.
• Establish strong governance frameworks, including management of dependencies, RAID, and financials.
• Provide clear and transparent management information to support executive decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and develop program and change delivery teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Role-model Deutsche Bank leadership behaviours aligned to the Leadership Compass at Director level.
