You will play a key role in driving key market planningactivitiespre-launch and drive commercial execution post-FDA approval. EssentialJobFunctionsand Responsibilities
Thesemayincludebut are not limitedto:
Serve as the key commercial point of contact for National and Regional KOLs
Identifyand map all academic and community-based KOLs and help map referral patterns between KOLs in center of excellence and the community
Identifyand engage withnext tier KOLs: Emerging Opinion Leaders and Digital Opinion Leaders
Understand regional and KOL-specific practice patterns to better understand key areas of unmet need in Acromegaly treatment
Supportandparticipateinregional advisory boards by leading recruitment of advisors, planning and coordination with vendors tohelpgenerate key actionable insights
Develop and manage KOL-specific engagement plans and drive advocacy for Paltusotine post-FDA approval
Engage with KOLs in generating feedback on market development activities including disease state education and brand promotional strategies and tools
Leadengagementeffortsof KOLs with Crinetics leadership at various forums; KOL 1:1 meetings, conferences, etc.
Tailor national brand strategies for local market dynamics.
Manageand executeregional marketing programs (e.g., non-personal promotions, local sponsorships).
Overseethe regional marketing budget.
Support recruitment and development of the speaker bureau in collaboration with the commercial operations team
Help develop and drive Speaker Training efforts for branded and disease state activities
Collaborate with marketing team to develop peer-peer content including educational videos, promotional supplements and other assets needed by the regionsand materials for patient events
LeadCrinetics’ presence and engagement at National,regionaland local congresses andfacilitateour active engagement at these eventsto include cross functional coordination with medical,salesand marketing colleagues.
Support commercialteamin developing best-in-class disease state and product training curriculumto include KOL input and participation in training activities.
Provide commercial team with in-market insights on core promotional activities post-approval
Develop strong collaboration withcross-functional partnersfield sales leaders, sales representatives, National AccountDirectorsand Regional Reimbursement Directors to ensure seamless field execution of promotional activitiesThis role requires significant peer leadership abilities to drive these activities.
Drive compliant coordination with field medical affairs team to effectively support customers
Ensure materials are compliant with regulatory and legal standards.
Monitorregionalcompetitive landscape toidentifyopportunities and risks.

Education andExperience
Required:
Bachelor’s degreewith 15years of combined sales, marketing, accountmanagementor relatedexperience inbiopharmaceuticalindustry
Raredisease orEndocrinologyexperienceispreferred
KOL identification, development and engagement experience includingspeaker bureau leadership or advisory board managementrequired
Track recordwith product launch planning (field or internal) as well as experience in creatively accelerating brand uptake and overcoming barriers to commercial success
Track recordof effective collaboration with multiple cross-functional partners including sales, marketing, field reimbursement specialists, MSLsetc
Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships with external stakeholders including KOLs, practice managers, vendors,etcand internal commercial teams
Strong communicationand presentation skills and proven project management abilities to manage multiple competing priorities
Ability to lead and influence without direct authority
High levelof professional integrity and strong commitment to compliance

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is: $192,000 - $240,000.
In addition to your base pay, our total rewards program consists of a discretionary annual target bonus, stock options, ESPP, and 401k match.
