We are looking for a Director Regional Controller EMEA to lead financial governance, accounting operations, compliance, and transformation activities across multiple countries within the EMEA region. The role combines operational leadership with responsibility for strengthening controls, supporting restructuring initiatives, and driving process improvements in a complex international environment.
This is a senior finance leadership position requiring strong multinational experience, deep accounting expertise, and the ability to balance governance, transformation, and operational execution across regional teams.

8+ years
progressive finance/accounting experience
• Experience in
regional or multinational finance leadership roles
• Strong
SAP experience
• Experience managing
international or regional teams
• Strong understanding of
IFRS, statutory reporting and regulatory compliance
• Proven experience with
external audits and governance processes
• Experience improving controls and implementing process changes
• Experience operating in complex multinational organisations
