Key responsibilities

• Execute commercial strategy effectively in region. Continuously optimize distribution structure with market changes. Maintain long-term win-win cooperation with core distributors to ensure market expansion and channel coverage.

• Cooperate with target distributors to achieve sales target of hospital and NCD (non-contract distributor), and make sure the cooperation following NN compliance requirement.

• Accomplish regional bidding mission by integrating MKT information, formulating bidding strategies and implementing actions. Lead team to cooperate with distributors on hospital listing and access progress.

• Lead and build up a high performing team strictly following the NN way. Develop and remain talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in marketing, pharmacy or economics related.
• At least 10 years’ working experience in pharmaceutical industry, preferably in commercial or government affairs.
• Familiar with pharmaceutical bidding policy and operational processes.
• Rich managerial experience is required
• Good communication and coordination ability
• Strong ability of handling problem in emergency
• Negotiation and market management
• Integrity and responsible, a dedicated team player
• Being proactive and initiative, result-oriented, but have certain flexibility
• Strategic thinking: Set up all-round strategy based on business understanding
• Good problem analysis and solving skills: Analyze problems from all-around aspects
