The Director of Real Estate and Small Business Servicing and Funding provides strategic and operational leadership for the end-to-end real estate and Small Business servicing and funding functions, including loan boarding, payment processing, escrow administration, insurance and collateral management, payoff and satisfaction processing, post-closing funding, exception resolution, member experience, and servicing related vendors oversight. This position is also responsible for funding activities related to Commercial Real Estate. This role is accountable for building scalable processes, strengthening controls, ensuring compliance with applicable investor, agency, federal, and state requirements, and partnering across mortgage operations, lending, compliance, risk, finance, and technology to improve performance, service quality, and operational efficiency. The Director leads managers and teams, develops talent, establishes performance expectations, and drives continuous improvement initiatives that support organizational goals and a high-quality member experience, with strong emphasis on Fannie Mae servicing requirements and best practices.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am- 4:00pm. Onsite requirement is 60% - 3 days.

Advanced experience in mortgage and commercial banking servicing, operational excellence, compliance, or financial services leadership. | Not Required Any equivalent combination of experience and education. | Required Demonstrated experience leading servicing operations, funding processes, compliance execution, and cross-functional initiatives in an organization of comparable size and complexity, with at least 10 years of expertise servicing Fannie Mae mortgage loans. | Required Strong knowledge of mortgage and small business servicing regulations, escrow administration, collateral controls, investor and agency requirements, and operational risk management. | Required
