
Join VELUX in a key leadership role as Director Real Estate and Facility Services - Production Europe (m/f/d), with responsibility for driving operational excellence across the PCO organization in Europe. Depending on your location, the position can be based in Poland (Warsaw, Gniezno or Namysłów), Hungary (Budapest or Fertőd), or the Czech Republic (Brno or Vyškov).
In this role, you will lead and oversee all aspects of our European facility operations, workplace services, and strategic vendor management in Central Eastern Europe, Germany and France. This is an exciting challenge that requires you to leverage your experience in global leadership, and in driving strategy and operational excellence across multiple production locations. You will be heading an experienced international team of approximately 100 professionals and 8 direct reports responsible for shaping and delivering operational and strategic Real Estate, Facilities, and Project Management initiatives across the region.
Just as importantly, you will join the leadership team of the Global Real Estate & Facility Services organization. Under the direction of the Senior Director, and together with your 3 leadership colleagues, you will develop and implement the overall operating model and strategy for the entire VELUX organization. Working closely with local business leaders and key stakeholders, you will play a key role in optimizing our facility operations.
