We are seeking a Director to join the R&D Asset Transition & Integration Office (RATIO), the function responsible for executing R&D asset transitions across integrations, in-licensing, asset wind-downs, divestments, and externalizations. In this role you will lead a team of transition professionals, hold accountability for a portfolio of live transitions, primarily asset wind-downs, and drive the digitization and process optimization agenda that makes each transition faster and more predictable than the last. You may also lead transitions of your own depending on volume and complexity of work.
You will operate at the intersection of science, operations, and strategy—building the capability as well as running it, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and data integrity.
