The Resource Director of Quality is responsible for serving in an interim role across various behavioral health facilities when a vacancy exists. The Resource Director assumes all the duties expected for the specific role assigned during their tenure. The Resource Director will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the delivery of quality general and psychiatric care consistent with the facility’s goals and objectives. The Resource Director works closely with all directors to recommend/provide required staff development and tailored programs based upon data analysis.

What we’re looking for
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Nursing, or related clinical field from an accredited school required; Master’s degree in clinical field from an accredited school preferred with 3yrs of risk management and regulatory compliance in a healthcare setting required.
