Position Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:
The Director of Provider Experience & Relations leads a high-touch provider experience that builds strong relationships, improves access to care, and drives referral growth, positioning KRMC as the preferred partner for referring physicians and advanced practice providers.
Owns and optimizes the end-to-end provider experience, ensuring seamless access, communication, and coordination across services.
Builds, tiers, and manages strategic relationships with physicians and referral sources while delivering white-glove service to high-value partners.
Drives referral growth and retention by strengthening referral pathways and reducing leakage.
Conducts consistent, in-person outreach with providers and staff to reinforce KHI as the provider of choice.
Identifies and removes barriers to access, including scheduling and coordination challenges.
Translates provider feedback and market intelligence into measurable service improvements.
Leads provider onboarding and engagement to ensure a seamless and high-touch experience.
Resolves provider concerns proactively and ensure effective service recovery.
Tracks provider engagement and performance data and report outcomes to leadership.
Advises leadership on strategy, growth opportunities, and competitive positioning.
Performs other duties as assigned to support overall effectiveness of department and organization.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Nursing
Experience: Five (5) years in healthcare provider relations, business development, or similar

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferences:
Education: Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Nursing
Experience: Leadership in provider relations programs

Familiarity with healthcare compliance and Customer Relationship Management tools
