RH Aero is seeking a transformational leader to establish and lead the company’s Corporate Portfolio Management Office (PMO). This role will be instrumental in shaping RH Aero’s project delivery and transformation approach across regions and functions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience starting and scaling a PMO that delivers measurable value, drives alignment, and supports business transformation in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and lead RH Aero’s enterprise-wide Project Management Office (PMO) to oversee strategic change and transformation initiatives.
  • Define and implement lightweight, adaptable PMO standards, governance frameworks, and processes applicable across all functions and regions.
  • Build and manage a global team of project and program professionals, fostering capability, consistency, and career development.
  • Oversee the company’s portfolio of projects to ensure alignment with corporate strategy, resources, and priorities.
  • Drive decision-making on resource allocation and prioritization, ensuring projects deliver maximum business value and synergy.
  • Establish portfolio-level reporting and metrics to track progress, performance, and value generation.
  • Partner with executive leadership and functional heads to drive clarity, alignment, and accountability in the transformation agenda.
  • Communicate consistently and clearly on portfolio priorities, progress, and value delivered to key stakeholders.
  • Lead, coach, and develop PMO Analysts and Regional PMO professionals, enhancing project management capabilities across the company.



Qualifications



Qualifications and

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in program, project or portfolio management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role establishing or scaling a PMO.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide transformation or change portfolios in a complex, global organization.
  • Strong understanding of project management, governance frameworks, and project delivery methodologies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and lead through change.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or PMP/PMO certification preferred.
