Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Director of Program Management to establish, manage and continuously improve the organization's program management office (PMO) network. This role ensures that programs and projects align with strategic objectives, follow standardized processes, and deliver measurable business value. Oversee portfolio governance, resource allocation, reporting standards, project management methodologies and performance tracking across the organization. Additional responsibilities include managing projects of select key initiatives, as well as providing coaching and work direction to other Project Managers, as applicable.

  • On-site and travel between all Parker locations, Monday- Friday with flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in program or project management, including PMO leadership.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Lean Six Sigma certification strongly preferred; certification must be obtained within one year of employment if not already held.
  • Strategic experience designing a Program Management Office, including standardized tools, templates and training experience.
  • Strong knowledge of program management frameworks and governance models.
  • Proven experience managing large or complex project portfolios.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal, and leadership influence skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders and teams.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address complex challenges in healthcare program management.
  • Advanced business and financial acumen and proficiency in resource allocation and budget management.
  • Flu vaccination required required during flu season.
