
Horizon Media is seeking a Director, ProgramManagement todrive the execution ofprojects being led by our COO.These will include mission critical initiatives across the organization to evolve and elevateoperations and execution at Horizon Media This role requires a strategic thinker and execution leader who can align diverse stakeholdersacross the company as well as executive leadership.It will be essential to have a strong presencewiththeability tointeract with C-level stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating large-scale, dynamic enterprise environments, coordinating efforts across multiple business units, and ensuring thatprojectsdeliver on their vision of transformingand evolving our company throughdata-drivenandAI-powered intelligence and automation.
This role will involve a strong partnership with our COOsimilar toa Chief of Staff positionThis pivotal role involves driving key initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and maximizing the COO's effectiveness in a fast-paced media agency environment. TheDirector,ProgramManagementwilloperateat the intersection of strategy and execution, providing a strategic perspective and overseeing key projects. This individual will act as a trusted advisor and a proxy for the COO,representingthem in key meetings and communications.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Initiatives:
Lead and execute high-impact projects, such as new service launches, organizational redesigns, or process improvements, to connect daily execution to long-term goals.
Identifyand researchnew ideasand business opportunities relevant to the media landscape.
Provide decision support to the COO by gathering data, analyzing information, and presenting recommendations.
Create and manage project plans, status meetings, RAID Logs, etc.to ensure project execution and success.
Operational Excellence:
Improve current processes andoptimizeorganizational procedures for efficiency and productivity.
Oversee daily operations in collaboration with senior managers and department leaders.
Create and update monthly dashboards to track changes in key metrics.
Communication and Alignment:
Facilitate communication and alignment across the leadership teamrelated to the COO’s initiatives
Act as a liaison between the COO and various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with companyobjectives
Attend meetings and calls with and/or on behalf of the COO, taking notes and ensuring follow-through onaction items.
Partnering with the COO ondaily andlong termpriorities
Qualifications & Experience
8+ years of experience in programand projectmanagementinan agency, ad tech, mediaconsultancyor SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of AI, data platforms, ad technology, and media investment strategies
Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional technology and business initiatives in a complex corporate environment.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, witha track recordof working withseniorleadership.
Expertatbuilding project plans, managing risks, and team leadership
Strong management and mentoring skills
Proficiencyin program management and collaboration tools (JIRA, Monday.com).
PMP, Agile, orSAFecertification is a plus.

Salary Range
$160,000.00 - $200,000.00
A successful applicant’s actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individual’s skill sets, experience, training, education, licensure/certifications, and qualifications for the role.
