
The Consulting Practice Manager - CTJ - Top Secret is a leader at the intersection of mission impact, customer trust, and business execution. As a Consulting Practice Manager (M1), you will lead Microsoft Security consulting delivery across the U.S. Federal DoW Market - in particular US Navy/ US Marine Corps, overseeing a portfolio of complex engagements while developing high-performing teams and shaping sustainable growth.
You will operate as a trusted leader to customers, teams, and Microsoft stakeholders, ensuring secure, high-quality outcomes that support some of the most critical national security missions.

Consulting Practice Management M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $124,500 - $244,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $154,500 - $263,900 per year.
