
Mercury Systems seeks a Director of Program Management for its Compute Line of Business within the Processing Technologies Business Unit. As a senior leader in the business, you will collaborate to deliver leading edge microelectronics that are game changing and impactful to our nation’s defense. The Director of Program Management is a senior leader responsible for driving program excellence across the embedded computing portfolio within the Processing Technologies Business Unit. This role oversees cost, schedule, technical execution, and customer engagement for a diverse and complex portfolio.
The successful candidate will be an integral member of a team that is transforming our business and the defense-grade microelectronics industry while executing on near-term execution commitments and fostering a culture of teamwork and agility. This position will require a proven leader who is accomplished at overcoming challenges, managing a direct and indirect team of program managers, leading in a matrix work environment, and maintaining excellent customer relationships while growing the business.
