Job Scope
The PMO Director is responsible for managing the program and project management framework across the US Immuno organization. This role ensures the successful planning, execution, and tracking of key projects within the assigned portfolio. The PMO Director supports the organization in identifying and defining which projects to develop, managing business cases, and conducting the necessary analyses for project approval.
Key responsibilities include building strong relationships across line functions (Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Commercial Projects, Product Development) and leading cross-functional teams to create comprehensive development plans. The PMO Director oversees timelines, dashboards, budget inputs, risk management, and ensures standard methodologies are applied across all projects.
Moreover, the role ensures proactive oversight of all projects, coordinating Program and Project Managers, tracking progress, and ensuring benefit realization from the assigned portfolio.
Education, Experience and Qualifications
Travel: 20% travel. Be prepared to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support business requirements.
The hiring range for this position is $194,000-$220,000 annually. The salary range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. Beyond base salary, Diasorin offers a competitive rewards package focused on your overall well-being.
