We are seeking a Director, Professional Services, International to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Uxbridge, UK office.

The Director of Professional Services – International will lead and scale a 20-person services organization across EMEA and broader international markets, driving operational maturity and high performance. This role is responsible for building a scalable, commercially disciplined Professional Services function that delivers predictable bookings and billings, strong utilization, and industry-standard margins. Partnering closely with International Sales leadership, the Director will embed services into every transaction, strengthen a partner-led co-delivery model, and ensure delivery excellence that fuels revenue growth, customer retention, and expansion.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the International Professional Services strategy aligned to company growth objectives.
  • Evolve the organisational structure to ensure scalability, accountability, and high performance.
  • Build leadership bench strength and foster a strong delivery-focused culture.
  • Drive predictable services bookings and billings through close partnership with Sales.
  • Establish rigorous forecasting, pipeline alignment, and capacity planning processes.
  • Improve utilisation, margin performance, and financial discipline in collaboration with Finance.
  • Embed Professional Services into the sales cycle to ensure accurate scoping and value positioning.
  • Develop structured, repeatable service offerings to enhance scalability and predictability.
  • Strengthen and formalise the 100% channel partner-led co-delivery model with clear governance and accountability.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery, improved CSAT and Time-to-Value, and act as executive escalation point for strategic accounts.
  • Other duties as assigned and required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or related field.
  • 10+ years’ experience in professional services or related roles.
  • 5+ years’ experience managing and developing a team within enterprise software or mission-critical technology environments.
  • Proven track record building and scaling regional or international services organizations.
  • Demonstrated success improving utilization, forecasting accuracy, margin performance, and managing or influencing services P&L.
  • Strong understanding of services bookings vs. billings dynamics and pipeline management.
  • Experience operating in a partner-led or channel-centric go-to-market model.
  • Ability to build tight interlock with Sales while maintaining delivery integrity and standards.
  • Executive presence with a GM mindset, balancing growth, margin, and customer outcomes during transformation.
  • Strategic and hands-on leader, experienced with PSA tools (e.g., Certinia/FinancialForce) and interested in leveraging AI and automation to enhance delivery models.
  • Ability to legally travel internationally about 30% of the time.
