The Director, Professional Education is a senior leadership role and a critical contributor to the success of CooperSurgical's Fertility business. Professional Education and Clinical Support are core components of our value proposition, and CooperSurgical is recognized globally for delivering evidence based high-quality training, scientific education across the Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) field.
The Director of Professional Education will be responsible for establishing a relevant training program for hCPs (embryologists, clinicians, nurses and scientists), meeting the needs of the market and ensuring that the right resources are available for training courses.
The Director of Professional Education will be an active part of the team providing hands-on education with demonstration of ART techniques and procedures, such as trophectoderm biopsies and ICSI in connection with evidence based theoretical lecturing. Hands-on education also includes simulator training of clinical staff. Hands-on courses will be held at the Centre of Excellence in EMEA. In addition, the Director will be responsible for virtual education like virtual courses, global webinars and implementing animated E-learning modules.
The Director will also be responsible for identifying the training and educational needs of clinical staff in the ART market and managing relationships with subject matter experts and KOLs who will participate as faculty in these training programs.
The Director of Professional Education, EMEA, will report to a work closely with the Global Senior Director to develop and align course content worldwide and will be a member of the Global Educational Faculty at CooperSurgical Fertility Solutions.
Furthermore, the position will require close cooperation with sales management to support with customer visits to the centre of excellence.
Important for the position is the ability to provide leadership and help to position CooperSurgical as a leader in education in the ART space. The Director of Professional Education should be self-motivated and require minimal management in their ability to perform the duties of the position. The Director of Professional Education will become a member of CooperSurgical embryologist club with regular meetings to share knowledge, best practice and be involved at the educational session at our Academy.
Requirement:
This position requires extensive domestic and international travel, estimated at 80+ days annually.

The good faith estimate of the salary range for this role is 81.000 to 117.000 Euro Annually. The actual amount offered is determined by a number of factors including but not limited to location, skills and experience.
