of the Job:
The Director, Product Strategy is a strategic leader responsible for defining long-term product vision, driving initiatives that support business objectives, and continuously improving customer and partner experiences in FNBO’s Partnership division. This role requires strategic thinking, strong abilities to influence, and rigorous prioritization practices to deliver optimized business value in a regulated banking environment.
The Director, Product Strategy will set the strategic direction and priorities for key investment areas such as Customer Experience, Onboarding, and Partner Growth, and will collaborate with Product Owners to prepare strategies for delivery. The ideal candidate has experience conducting extensive market research within the credit card and lending industry and analyzing feedback to identify opportunities for innovation.

Compensation:
Compensation range (base pay): $97,774.00-$166,216.00
This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.
Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.

It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work onsite at the posted location.
