Job Description

LiveRamp is the data collaboration platform of choice for the world’s most innovative companies. A groundbreaking leader in consumer privacy, data ethics, and foundational identity, LiveRamp is setting the new standard for building a connected customer view with unmatched clarity and context while protecting precious brand and consumer trust. LiveRamp offers complete flexibility to collaborate wherever data lives to support the widest range of data collaboration use cases—within organizations, between brands, and across its premier global network of top-quality partners.

Hundreds of global innovators, from iconic consumer brands and tech giants to banks, retailers, and healthcare leaders turn to LiveRamp to build enduring brand and business value by deepening customer engagement and loyalty, activating new partnerships, and maximizing the value of their first-party data while staying on the forefront of rapidly evolving compliance and privacy requirements.

About the Role

LiveRamp's product organization is a cross-functional force — working in close partnership with Engineering, Commercial, Product Intelligence, Corporate Development, & Finance to drive how we build, ship, and grow. As the ambition and complexity of that work scales, so does the need to run it exceptionally well.

This role exists to make that happen.

We're looking for a Head of Product Strategy & Operations to serve as the CPO's right hand — and the operational backbone of the product org. You will be the reason our leadership team spends its energy on the hardest decisions, the most important priorities, and the biggest opportunities.

The best way to describe this role: you are the COO of our R&D and Go-to-Market functions. You are an execution machine with strong product instincts — someone who can think strategically, move fast, go deep, and galvanize people and teams to create positive momentum and progress.

What You'll Own

Operational Excellence

  • Own the rhythm of the product org: planning cycles, OKR-setting, business reviews, and cross-functional operating cadences

  • Ensure every team has clear outcomes, unambiguous ownership, and a shared understanding of what they're working toward each quarter

  • Identify where things are stuck, where decisions are needed, and where accountability is unclear — and drive resolution

Strategic Leverage for the CPO

  • Act as a force multiplier: take the hardest cross-functional problems and drive them to resolution.

  • Help formulate strategies, frame tradeoffs, and build the plans that translate direction into action

  • Prepare the CPO for key moments — leadership forums, board conversations, org decisions — with the clarity and structure needed to move fast

Outcomes-Driven Culture

  • Champion the shift to a culture where teams own outcomes, not just outputs

  • Lead the OKR process end-to-end: help teams debate the right metrics, set ambitious but grounded goals, and hold themselves accountable to measuring progress

  • Continuously improve how we operate — not by imposing structure for its own sake, but by building habits that make us faster, clearer, and more aligned over time

TPM Function (Potential)

  • You may directly lead our Technical Program Management team — and at a minimum, you will define what TPMs and teams need to produce to run our business well and drive the outcomes we care about

Who You Are

You are equal parts product thinker and execution machine. You've either led Product yourself, built something from scratch, or both — and you bring that builder's instinct to how you operate.

You know that great process is a means to an end. You don't let the absence of a perfect process get in the way of progress — and you fix the process along the way so the org doesn't have to solve the same problem twice. You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and resolving it quickly.

You are not precious about your lane. You will pick up a shovel on whatever dimension the work requires.

You are a credible voice in any room — with product leaders, engineers, commercial partners, finance, and HR — and you earn that credibility through sharp thinking and follow-through, not title.

You are very effective at building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across functions, regions, and levels of seniority.

Specifically, you bring:

  • 8–12+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or a high-execution operator role in a technology company

  • Direct experience owning or deeply influencing a business rhythm: planning, OKRs, business reviews, cross-functional alignment

  • A track record of making complex organizations move faster and with more clarity

  • Strong strategic instincts — you can go from "here's the problem" to "here's the plan" quickly

  • Entrepreneurial energy — startup experience or a founder mindset is a strong plus

  • The interpersonal range to influence without authority across every function in the company

Why This Role

This is a rare opportunity to operate at the center of a high-performing, cross-functional product organization — with real scope, real ownership, and a direct line to the CPO. For the right person, it is also a path to significant leadership growth within LiveRamp.

If you want to be the engine behind a world-class product org — someone who makes the whole machine hum while also shaping the strategy that drives it — this is your role.

The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
