
As a Product Line Leader, you will be the architect of innovation and growth, setting the strategic vision for your product line and championing transformative themes like AI at the heart of every product. You’ll lead the creation of modular, future-ready products, integrating unique partner technologies to deliver exceptional customer value while maintaining flexibility through advanced architectural approaches.
Your leadership will guide the entire product lifecycle—from development to retirement—ensuring each product is commercially competitive and operationally robust. You’ll empower teams through enablement and training, equipping sales and delivery with the knowledge and tools to succeed.
You’ll establish governance frameworks, align with strategic partners, and drive market research to identify trends and opportunities. By defining customer segmentation strategies and overseeing service design, you’ll ensure every product meets the highest standards of excellence.
With a relentless focus on customer experience, you’ll drive adoption frameworks, improve user journeys, and foster co-innovation with partners. Your strategic enablement and go-to-market approach will position your product line for success, supported by compelling messaging, demos, and competitive insights.
You’ll monitor key metrics—revenue growth, market share, profitability, customer satisfaction, and demand predictability—ensuring your product line not only meets but exceeds expectations. As a Product Line Leader, you will inspire cross-functional teams, drive innovation, and shape the future of your organization’s portfolio.
Domain expertise and prior experience leading a team focused on Intelligent Infrastructure – Network Services or equivalent experience is required for the successful candidate. DXC’s Network Services product line delivers end-to-end modernization and intelligent operations across enterprise networks, enabling seamless connectivity from edge to cloud. Core offerings include SD-WAN and Secure Service Edge (SSE) for agile, secure access to applications and data; Software-Defined LAN (SD-LAN) and campus modernization leveraging Wi-Fi 6E/7 and private LTE/5G for high-performance connectivity; and Software-Defined Data Center (SDDC) for optimized, automated datacenter delivery. DXC integrates advanced automation, AI-driven observability, and predictive analytics to simplify operations, reduce risk, and accelerate transformation. These services ensure improved application performance, enhanced security through zero-trust frameworks and network segmentation, and cost-efficient operations—all delivered through a global, vendor-agnostic ecosystem with 24x7 multilingual support and proven expertise across industries.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership: Set the overarching strategy, vision, and strategic partnership ecosystem for the product line, ensuring strategic transformation themes like AI are central to the product line’s direction.
Modular Product Framework: Champion the creation of products based on modular reference architectures and a catalog of "building blocks". Advocate for an architectural approach that both deeply integrates unique partner technologies for customer value and uses abstraction layers to maintain flexibility.
Product Line Management & Lifecycle Oversight: Oversee the product line strategy, ensuring products are commercially competitive and operationally ready. Provide strategic direction for Products Managers throughout their product’s lifecycle stages: Development, Introduction, Growth, Maturity, and Decline/Retirement.
Enablement & Training Oversight: Consult on the development of enablement and training programs for the Products within the product line to ensure sales and delivery teams are equipped for success.
Governance & Partner Alignment: Establish and oversee a governance framework that controls reference architecture updates, partner technology inclusion, and pricing standards. Participate in the Product Council, proferring strategic plan updates and seeks approval for investment. Work closely with alliance partners to align on technology roadmaps and co-branded solutions.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $139,200 - $289,000.
