The Director of Product Management for AI & Open Source Data Platforms will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of products that sit at the intersection of enterprise AI, cloud scale data infrastructure, and open source ecosystems. This role is responsible for building differentiated, trustworthy, and scalable platforms that enable customers to manage, govern, and operationalize data for modern analytics and AI workloads across hybrid and multi cloud environments.
As a Director, you will manage and develop a team of product managers while partnering closely with engineering, open source program offices, research, go to market, and strategic partners. You will balance long term platform strategy with near term business impact, ensuring that investments in open source technologies and AI capabilities translate into customer value, ecosystem adoption, and revenue growth.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is $228,000 - $340,000. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off, various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
