Your Role at Delta Faucet:

We are looking for a hard-working and highly ambitious Director of Product Marketing – Bathing Fixtures & Water Quality, with significant experience in product marketing. In this role you will lead a team to develop and continuously improve product marketing, stakeholder engagement, and product delivery.

The Director of Product Marketing will be responsible for coordinating the strategic approach to their category. This role requires partnering and working closely with cross-functional partners to drive strategic alignment across the organization.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Product Marketing, you'll lead your team to drive business outcomes, such as increasing revenue, decreasing cost, and improving user experiences via innovation. This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in the transformation of a high impact function that is critical to DFC’s continued success.

This position will work a hybrid schedule out of our Indianapolis Headquarters. DFC is committed to its hybrid workplace model and believes bringing teams together in-person on common days is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse product portfolio by establishing scope of the product offerings within the context of the brand strategy and competitive set
  • Lead a team of product managers across all levels and work collaboratively with other leaders for projects with multiple cross functional teams
  • Coach and develop direct reports in a manner that models and reinforces the leadership behaviors and values of DFC
  • Drive alignment and effective problem resolution across sales, channel, brand, service operations, new product development and the DFC executive team
  • Leverage market analysis, competitive knowledge, and customer research to define and validate strategy and detailed product plans for your category
  • Expeditiously shepherd the launch of new products by prioritizing the new product development pipeline
  • Define and analyze product metrics to inform decision-making and measure success

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred
  • 8+ years’ experience in marketing or product development
  • 5+ years' experience leading others
  • Ability to translate strategic goals into plans and actionable objectives
  • Ability to make decisions aligned with the strategy, based upon a mixture of data/financial impact (analysis), experience and judgment (insights)
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, writing, & presentation abilities
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines and multiple requests
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and pressure in a growing fast-paced company
  • Occasional international travel is required
  • Work out of the Indianapolis office on a hybrid schedule and be on site for all required events

Hiring Range: $121,300.00 - $190,630.00 USD

Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
